Our Responsibility
When hired as a General Contractor, NBW Inc. is commonly charged with the following tasks:
- Self-Perform Any and All Mechanical Activities on a Direct Hire Basis
- Issue and Manage Subcontracts for All Other Work
- Purchase Any Required Material, Equipment or Consumables
- Manage Schedule, Cost, and Milestones
- Plan Overall Construction Logistics
- Oversee Site Wide Safety and Quality Control
- Start Up, Commission and Turn Over The System
